We don’t offer “Home Theatre Packs” optimised for the mass market. Every experience is uniquely tailored to your preferences. Our internal team of elite AV designers ensures your room’s acoustics, speaker placement, and sound balance are engineered to perfection, following strict industry guidelines such as CEDIA RP22 and RP23. At the same time, interior architects, plasterers, painters, and carpenters work to seamlessly blend the technology into a gorgeous room that perfectly matches your aesthetic vision. This approach guarantees acoustic performance, SPL balance, bass control, and dialogue clarity from the front row to the back of the room.

Networking and Communication

Wi-Fi that’s designed, not guessed

Wi-Fi issues aren’t usually caused by the internet itself – they’re caused by how wireless signals behave inside a home. We explain it like this: imagine Wi-Fi as a piece of string shaped into a wave. Each wave is how it carries data. The fewer the waves, the further the string can travel, but the less data it can carry.  

The 2.4 GHz band has a few waves, so it reaches further but carries less information and picks up interference easily. The 5 GHz and 6 GHz bands have many waves that carry a lot more data, but that means the signal doesn’t travel as far. 

This is why one signal bar of 5 GHz is often faster than full signal bars of 2.4 GHz. 

Range alone doesn’t deliver performance. Design does. A fast, stable connection comes from a properly designed service – not just turning up the power. 

Engineered for real-world performance

We don’t just install Wi-Fi hardware – we engineer a complete network. Every project includes design, modelling, on-site testing, and final verification so you can see exactly how the system performs. The results are consistent, proven, and guaranteed. 

Before your home is even built, we run predictive heat mapping to understand how Wi-Fi will move through the materials your walls, floors are made of. After construction, we complete real-world heat mapping to confirm performance. 

We design for a signal strength no weaker than –75 dBm throughout the home, ensuring smooth streaming, clear video calls, and reliable smart-home control everywhere – indoors and outdoors. 

Every system is built around the 5 GHz band as a baseline, giving you the best mix of speed, reliability, and reduced interference – something the old 2.4 GHz band simply can’t provide. 

The result is a network with no dead zones, no lag, and no frustration. 

Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)

Security with a privacy focus

We use NDAA-compliant cameras, ensuring the highest level of privacy and data protection in your home. Each camera uses on-device AI, so all video analysis happens locally rather than in the cloud. No footage or personal information is ever uploaded or shared.

For internal cameras (if requested), privacy is built in at a hardware level. They can be linked to your alarm system so that when the alarm is armed, the camera powers on, and when the alarm is disarmed, the camera physically powers down. This gives you awareness when you need it, and complete peace of mind when you don’t.

Proactive Deterrence and Smart Features

Our CCTV systems are designed to prevent incidents rather than simply record them. Every camera includes active deterrence by default—flashing lights and audible alerts that can activate automatically when motion is detected. These responses are fully customisable: set them to trigger only at certain times, in specific areas, or when an unrecognised person is detected.

Smart Home Integration

• Use CCTV as a motion trigger for your perimeter or garden lighting.
• Automatically open your front gate when your licence plate is recognised.
• Receive instant snapshots and alerts when your alarm is activated.

This level of integration means your security doesn’t just watch – it reacts, informs, and works seamlessly with the rest of your home.

Alarms and Access Control

Visibility without the ongoing cost

Most people’s alarms are simply a siren that goes off when someone intrudes – and that’s it. Neighbours ignore it, homeowners aren’t aware it’s going off, and often it doesn’t actually do anything. Our systems are far more than noise – they give you control, visibility, and peace of mind. A system is only effective if it works around the way you live.

Our alarms deliver real-time alerts straight to your phone, often with a snapshot from a linked camera. No ongoing monitoring fees, no guesswork. At a glance, you can see what triggered the alarm and decide whether it’s a false alert or a real concern. From the same interface, you can re-arm the system remotely, call authorities, or trigger other connected devices.

“Stay mode” arms the perimeter while keeping internal sensors off, letting you move freely inside at night while still protecting the home’s exterior.

Remote Access & Smart Integration

When you tie the alarm into your Smart Home, you unlock so much more. Control your entire security ecosystem from a single interface:

• Answer your doorbell, disarm the alarm, and unlock your front door or garage for deliveries with a single button press. The door and alarm automatically locks and arms again once they leave.
• Grant permanent or temporary access codes for tradespeople, guests, or Airbnb stays. Each code can have specific permissions – for example, a gardener’s code may only unlock the front gate, while another code can access the whole house. Codes automatically expire when access ends.
• Receive instant notifications when codes are used, so you know when children arrive home or tradespeople show up.

Advanced routines

Features like “Mocupancy” give your home a sense of presence. Every 15 minutes, the system checks what’s on or off – lights, curtains, TVs, music – and recreates your normal patterns. When you’re away, the home behaves as if someone is still living there: curtains open and close, lights turn on at your usual times, and the TV comes on for Friday Night Footy.

Integration means your security doesn’t just watch – it reacts. Alarms, cameras, doors, and other devices work together so your home becomes intelligent, adaptive, and always under your control.
